During the discovery day, you will get the opportunity to meet not only the franchisor but our experienced team at head office too. You will spend some 1:1 time with each department manager so you can gain an insight into what your future business may look like and be able to gauge if you can see yourself operating all intricate aspects of the business, you will also get to a look around the premises. 

As you might expect, franchise discovery days also allow for a peek into the company culture. Finding a business to suit your attitude and values is important, and there’s no better way to get a feel for the atmosphere than by visiting the premises in person.

But bear in mind, a franchise business model doesn't suit everyone, so it's vital that you perform a self-evaluation early on. This way, you don't waste your time pursuing a career that isn't right for you. 

Ask yourself these fundamental questions to find out whether you have the attributes required to be a successful franchisee:

• Are you happy to follow someone else's rules and systems to uphold consistency in the brand?
• Are you prepared to learn from the franchisor and accept our advice and guidance when it’s given?
• Am I prepared and experienced in all aspects of running a business?
• Do I support the franchisor's mission and values?
