Founded in 2008, what started off as a small family ran business, is now an established and leading franchise network throughout the UK, specializing within the Healthcare Staffing sector. Each franchise is independently owned by its directors and operates the Tezlom model under license via a franchise agreement which provides all franchise owners with all that is needed to know in order to succeed, together with the assurance of continuous support.

Working as a franchise partner, Tezlom will deliver the same exceptional service to each franchise owner 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The Package

When you purchase a Tezlom franchise, you are purchasing more than just a business; you are joining a team of experts who have built the business model over quite a number of years and are very happy to help you become an expert yourself, developing a business with you to ensure your continued success.

Financials

In addition, you will need to have £15,000 working capital to operate your business until you can draw from takings. We have a nominated partner supplier who provides factoring services if required, enabling you to meet your weekly payroll and Management Charge obligations. You will benefit from the very low charges and the excellent services they provide to many of our franchisees.

Be Your Own Boss

When you buy your Tezlom franchise, you take the first vital step towards your own financial independence.  You’ll be the director of your own limited company and all the assets of the business will be yours: your workers, your clients, your office and office staff, computers and so on.

In-House Training

We’ll train you,  mostly by working with you in your own territory as you recruit Nurses and Care Workers and as you meet clients. Your clients will be Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Hospitals,  Mental Health and Learning Disability  Services and Children’s Services. 

System Management

Our systems will enable you to place your workers, monitor their hours, help ensure your clients are satisfied and, together with our nominated partner organisation, pay your workers and invoice your clients accurately, and on time. You can expect to be trading in weeks rather than months.
